Growing up in savannah woodland, in southern Africa, I drew and painted veld flowers and small creatures like tortoises, mantises, and dung beetles - all things wild. In doing this I fell in love with nature.

I worked in teaching and educational publishing, in southern Africa and in Newcastle upon Tyne. From this, I gained experience in illustration, writing, and digital skills.

 

Now, with Wild Eco Design, I am back to my first love - nature. My work combines art, writing and design, focusing on relationships between wild plants and animals, and the impact of modern life on the natural world.
