Cloth Dolly Crafts was started by me, Jill Graham, working from my kitchen table in 2012.  I sold my work at a few farmers’ markets and craft fairs and this soon grew from a hobby to a real passion.

Cloth Dolly Crafts has undergone a few changes since those early days; having been joined by my sister, Angela Graham, in 2022, the two of us are now creating a far wider range from our garden studio and design workshop.

At Cloth Dolly Crafts we combine our creative and design skills to handmake a stunning range of products.  All designs are initially inspired from nature, or vintage fabric finds and, of course, the surrounding Northumberland countryside and coast.  Using a mix of British tweeds, velvets, vintage and pre-loved fabrics, we have created a beautiful collection of handcrafted giftware, including tweed stags’ heads, animal ornaments, lavender filled creatures, oodles of bunting, fabric brooches, cards and an ever-growing Christmas range.

Earthbound Art

Welcome to Earthbound Artistry UK. I create unique, nature-inspired decor and keepsakes right here in Northumberland.

My process is slow and intentional: I hand-mold each piece using air-dry clay, finish them with detailed hand-painting, and incorporate genuine Northumberland sea glass. These tumbled treasures from our local beaches give every item a piece of the coast to call its own. From the earth to your home, these are treasures inspired by the wild.

Juniper Cottage Co.

Juniper Cottage Co. is the work of local beeswax candlemaker and creative, Katherine Livesey. Her work is inspired by the timeless and rich heritage of the ancient art of beeswax candle making, and she aims to infuse a little bit of whimsy and magic into every candle she makes.

The Northumbrian Burn

Honest Craft Everything is hand-burned. Every single line, every detail, every wonky bit that makes each board absolutely one-of-a-kind. If you want perfect uniformity, go buy something from a factory. If you want something with soul, character, and the occasional battle scar, you’re in the right place.

Sustainable Materials Bamboo isn’t just bonnie to look at – it’s brilliant for the planet. It grows faster than my to-do list, regenerates naturally, and is naturally antibacterial. Win, win, win. Plus, it’s kinder to your knife blades than traditional hardwoods, which your fancy Japanese chef’s knife will thank you for.

Organic Packaging None of that plastic bubble wrap nonsense here. Your board arrives wrapped in materials that won’t still be knocking about in a landfill when your great-great-grandchildren are having their tea. We keep it simple, sustainable, and honest – just like the boards themselves.

Slow Craft In a world obsessed with fast everything, I’m deliberately slow. Each board takes hours. Sometimes days if I’m being particularly fussy (which is always). You can’t rush art, and you definitely can’t rush burning intricate highland cow fur without it looking like a dog’s breakfast.

Proper Northumbrian Made right here in Corbridge, Northumberland. Not outsourced, not mass-produced, not made by someone called Trevor in a warehouse in Slough (no offence to Trevor or Slough). Just me, in the North East, keeping traditional craft alive one burn at a time.

Sarah Koon

Sarah is an artist originally from Malaysia, now based in Morpeth. Inspired by her deep love of flowers, she creates delicate, vibrant paintings that celebrate the beauty in every bloom. From her home studio—often just the dining table—she transforms quiet moments, when her children are at school, into time for art. Through her work, Sarah hopes to spread joy and connect people with the simple happiness that flowers can bring.
