Workshops ready to roll out!

We are delighted to announce our new workshop programme, starting with Layered Textiles, on Wednesday 11 April with Kate Slaughter. Learn how to create textured surfaces through using fabric scraps and layering techniques using textured yarns and threads,​ This workshop is developed to allow you to experiment and create a variety of different surface effects.

Workshops run from April to August (more will be added so keep checking the website), which includes, Hooky with a twist, Lino printing, Willow weaving, Fused glass, Monotype printmaking, and Fabric hearts. All our workshops are run by professional tutors who will encourage, inspire, and make your day productive and enjoyable.

The second workshop on 15th April is "Hooky with a Twist" with Sally Danys and Liz Treadwell. Create a cushion cover using rug wools. A sample cushion in the Forge shop shows what can be done!
