Fees and Deposits

  • There is a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £50 required at the time of booking for all workshops costing over £50.
  • The balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the course is due to start.
  • Non-payment of the balance will result in the place being offered to someone else.
  • Workshops that cost £50 or less must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
  • Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation.
  • In the event that Allendale Forge Studios or the tutor are forced to cancel the workshop a full refund will be given.
Insurance
If you are booking a workshop and you are from outside the area requiring B&B accommodation and travel we recommend you take out travel insurance to cover your costs in the event you are unable to attend or the course is cancelled for reasons outside the tutor’s control.
