Carol Nunan has been a printmaker since 1998. Two days a week she is in her studio at The Allendale Forge Studios making handmade original prints.
Back in 2000 she became a Visiting Lecturer for The Centre for Lifelong Learning, Newcastle University and then Sunderland University. This led to a fruitful partnership with Rebecca Vincent, her former tutor, when they formed Horsley Printmakers in 2004.
Fellow member at Allendale Forge Studios, David Hogarth, has created a new range of table lamps and glass coasters for Carol using her images to compliment her range of greetings cards and hand made originals. These have been a very successful addition to her portfolio. Customers can select from the extensive range of her images and order a bespoke table lamp or boxed set of coasters to suit any room in their home.
Carol is also Art Project and Marketing manager at Allendale Forge Studios where she organises workshop programme, which includes printmaking.
